The first thing I noticed was how clean the place was, like even the bathrooms were actually nice, which is always a good sign. The tables were being wiped down quickly too, and I didn’t get that sticky-table feeling you sometimes get at restaurants. We just had a really easy, relaxed dinner and everything felt comfortable. Nothing fancy, just clean and pleasant in the best way

Came later than expected, which was a bit disappointing

Okay, so the food did take longer than expected, which was kind of frustrating because when you’re hungry, every extra minute feels personal. But to be fair, the staff kept us updated the whole time instead of just disappearing and leaving us wondering what was going on. Still not ideal, but the communication definitely helped.

I had to reach out to bravoitalian.com support about a question on my order, and it was kind of hit or miss. They did get back to me, but it took longer than I expected and I had to send a follow-up just to get things moving. The person I dealt with was polite and they did sort it out in the end, which I appreciated. Still, the whole thing felt a little careless, like my order issue wasn’t really being handled with much attention at first. I just wish the replies had been quicker and clearer. Not awful, not great, just average overall

Everything was right. Sizes matched, items were all there, nothing missing. Simple. That’s all I needed.

ordered takeout from Bravo Italian and it was average. pickup ended up being about 20 minutes later than the time they gave online, and no one really said why. the food was still warm when I got home, but it had gotten kind of soggy. pasta tasted fine, the bread was hard, and some of the sauce leaked all over the bag. not terrible, but for what it cost, I was expecting a little better.

The food was solid. The pasta was cooked right, the pizza tasted fresh, and everything showed up hot, which is weirdly not always a guarantee with delivery. None of that soggy, sad nonsense, just good food that didn’t disappoint.

i mean, I went in thinking it was mostly just pasta, but they had way more than I expected, pizza, salads, seafood, and even solid choices for the kids. Everyone in our group found something they liked without it turning into a whole debate, which was nice. I’d definitely go back.

There were plenty of drinks to choose from, and I ended up finding one I actually liked. I wasn’t totally sure what to pick at first, but it worked out in the end

Reservation went through really quick with no issues at all. that’s how it should be, if it had been a hassle, I probably would’ve just booked somewhere else

The deals are the only reason I even gave this place a shot. The prices looked good, but the food was just okay at best, and that’s on them. If you’re going to advertise great specials, at least make sure the food is actually worth coming back for.

Since it’s right by my work, I figured pickup would be decent, but it ended up being even easier than I expected. Super convenient and saved me a lot of time

Well... I went to Bravo Italian and had a good experience. Our server checked in on us a few times, but it didn’t feel over the top or annoying, which I really appreciated. The food did take a little longer than we expected, but they kept us updated and were really polite about it. Overall, it was a nice place, and we felt taken care of. I’d definitely go back...

The food itself was okay, if everything had gone smoothly with the order, I probably wouldn’t have had much to complain about. The issue was more with how it was handled afterward. I called about a problem and was told someone would follow up, but it took days, and even then it felt like I was being brushed off. I wouldn’t say it’s the worst place or anything, but if there’s an issue with your order, the customer service side could definitely be better...

Ordered pasta and a side someone in that kitchen is to blame for completely overdoing it. The portion was way bigger than I expected. I was stuffed fast and still had some left, so yeah, definitely got my money’s worth.

You can tell they were trying, and I appreciated that, but reading between the lines, the choices just felt a little too limited for what I was hoping for. It wasn’t bad, just not quite enough to really win me over
